My whole outlook on this business has done a complete 360 degrees... I will send anyone and everyone here!!! John (the owner) definitely cares about his customers... John is very understanding and he wants to help his customers get their stuff back. I lost a few of my items a couple months back and John has kept in constant contact with me, trying to work out a way to get my items back! I have never experienced this kind of customer service but it is definitely worth it! Thank.you so much John and The Capital City Loans for helping me keep my items.
