Feedback:
I have an emergency where I need to withdraw cash for several payments. No such luck in this branch. Someone at Capital One thinks that replacing tellers and bank professionals with some cheap tea is a good idea. Someone ought to tell them that Starbucks is where we go to get drinks, not the bank. The result is that the branch is useless. There is also a new limit on how much you can withdraw on a single day. Overall the service deteriorated. Time to consider another venue.
