I had a car loan with this company(formally GCB). In 2016 my car was totaled and my insurance paid the car off with a refund that was due to come to me. GCB decides that since the car was paid off in advance that I would have to pay a fee. When I called and questioned it, it was well I am not the supervisor and they are not here at the moment. Then they charged me interest after my insurance paid them. When I called two months later to inquire about my Gap insurance payment they tell me that it had been sent to me two weeks prior. When I finally got the check it was dated the date that I called. How can the check be dated the date I called but mailed two weeks before the call? Will try not to do business with them ever again.
