I would recommend nobody ever using this company for their car loan!!! They are horrible!!! I am on disability and taking care of my husband who isn't working. When I bought the car I was working full time. I told them my situation with no empathy at all from them!!! I got behind on my loan so they repossessed my car. They said I had to pay the whole note in order to get my car back, not what I owe!!! They took it at like 2am so now I have to pay $100 to get my personal belongings!!! I know I'm the one that got behind but they won't work with you at all!!!! I have never had this happen before and I'm beyond pissed!!!!

They have put a charge on mine an my daughters credit report when We are actually ahead on our payments and never been late on our payments!! Called several times to have it removed even called today 2 times an still not off my credit report,the lady on the phone said she remembers me calling upset in December about it an even said I was ahead on my payments..

I hate calling in to pay my car note. The woman that answers the phone is very unpleasant, and rushes you off the phone like you're wasting her time.

Just came and towed our car without even a knock on the door. And we live 8 hours away! Yes, we had gotten behind on our payment, but all of our things were in the vehicle and they didn't even try to get anyone, they just took it. 9am. Broad daylight. Knock on the door?! Now I suppose we have to call you to get some kind of appointment set up to either, get right with our payment or, get our things. Are we supposed to drive the 8 hours to come get them??? I seriously just cannot believe they just took it without even attempting to inform anyone... SMH trash.

I called with a huge concern and the lady that picked up and laughed at me, she could care less. She was the most unprofessional nastiest person i have EVER had to deal with that represents a bank!

I had a car loan with this company(formally GCB). In 2016 my car was totaled and my insurance paid the car off with a refund that was due to come to me. GCB decides that since the car was paid off in advance that I would have to pay a fee. When I called and questioned it, it was well I am not the supervisor and they are not here at the moment. Then they charged me interest after my insurance paid them. When I called two months later to inquire about my Gap insurance payment they tell me that it had been sent to me two weeks prior. When I finally got the check it was dated the date that I called. How can the check be dated the date I called but mailed two weeks before the call? Will try not to do business with them ever again.
