There’s never been a time that I have walked out of a Campus USA Bank and felt displeased. This bank has been there for me through the hardest financial times of my life. I’ve tried other banks for my financial needs before coming to Campus but was turned down. The one branch I am very fond of is the Gainesvile Florida West Camus branch. The drive thru teller, Denise, is always smiling and shows concern about how my day is going. Her customer service skills are on point. She enjoys her job and I enjoy seeing her every time I’m there. I also had the pleasure of meeting her supervisor, Vicki, and I had no idea who she was at the time but she just sat there and listened to me going on and on about how much I enjoy Denise’s customer service and positive attitude.
