Feedback:

Horrible experience. Apparently the two customers in front of me couldn't stand this place either. Went to pay a truck payment and the employees looked at me as if I were speaking in tongues. 15 min this simpleton teller was typing in random stuff into the computer, she finally gets a manager who, also has no clue how to process a truck payment. How is this place even in business?? Avoid at all cost if possible, or go in expecting to be disappointed. Needless to say we had to travel to a more competent location.

Feedback:

It feels like a prison when walking into this place. It's always so difficult to just make a payment and the last 3 TIMES I've been there the staff is rude. Not worth my business.

Feedback:

There’s never been a time that I have walked out of a Campus USA Bank and felt displeased. This bank has been there for me through the hardest financial times of my life. I’ve tried other banks for my financial needs before coming to Campus but was turned down. The one branch I am very fond of is the Gainesvile Florida West Camus branch. The drive thru teller, Denise, is always smiling and shows concern about how my day is going. Her customer service skills are on point. She enjoys her job and I enjoy seeing her every time I’m there. I also had the pleasure of meeting her supervisor, Vicki, and I had no idea who she was at the time but she just sat there and listened to me going on and on about how much I enjoy Denise’s customer service and positive attitude. She thanked me and told me who she was. Thank you for listening Vicki.

Don’t get secured credit card they will closed your account and take your money before your payment due date

Just became a new member of this credit union with the GREAT help of Ariana Jones. She has assisted me with refinancing my car loan and all I can say is that Ariana made this process as easy as can be. I couldn’t have asked for better help, in my personal opinion. I am very thankful for her amazing customer service.

Feedback:

Generally I always have a pretty good experience at this Campus. No one has ever made me feel like I was a problem or that my questions were hard to answer. But today, I felt like one of the tellers was in a bad mood for some reason and made me feel as though me asking a question about my account was a problem. I remember her name but I'm not going to add it to the review. I'm more disappointed then anything. May visit another branch instead.

Feedback:

I have been a member with Campus for over 10 years and generally had great service with them. However, this year my husband and I have fallen upon hard times with us both losing our jobs at the same time and then having to relocate for work. We have been doing what we can to make payments on our bills all the way around. We went to campus to get help with consolidating loans so we could sell a vehicle we have financed through campus and they said they couldn't help us. We have inevitability fallen behind in payments but have been making payments where we can and with as much as we can. Well a couple of times now campus has gone into our accounts and stole money from us without telling us (no email or texts or account notices), wiping our accounts clean and putting us in the negative AND then charging us with overdraft fees on top of wiping out our accounts, leaving us with no money to make our mortgage payment, no money for groceries or gas or bills other wise. This last time that they've done this has really put us on even more hard times. We were finally getting to the point where my husband and I were making okay money and were going to be able to start making full payments again. I had to make our mortgage payment thats financed through another bank, so when my direct deposit check hit I immediately made the payment. Then campus decided out of a $1,021 and change direct deposit, $667 and change mortgage payment from that, they were just going to take $800+ dollars out of our account and split it up where they wanted it. Leaving us again, with no money, late charges and overdraft fees for something they caused, and without money to live otherwise. How do they expect people to catch up on their bills if they keep wiping us clean and charging us overdraft fees each time THEY cause our account to go in the negative?? And on top of that, when we call them to ask why they are doing this to us, they give us some BS about, we'll we've tried to reach you and because of such and such law we have the right to either take your money without telling you or repo your vehicle. Guess what they did, they took all of our money and we're still stuck with the vehicle we went to them months ago to try and get help from them and they didn't want to help then either. Any one in their right mind and with any common sense wouldn't do this to a family. Why would they take $800+ from our account that only had $1,021 and change to begin with when there is a pending $667 and change debt charge???? Knowing this would clean out our account and put us in the negative and then charge an overdraft fee as well. We didn't cause it to overdraft; they did!!! Needless to say, we are severely disappointed with how we have been treated after being members for so long and will no longer be members at this credit union. Do not do business with these crooks!!!!! They don't care if you have a family with mouths to feed or not. They are a terrible establishment who doesn't mind stealing your money and making a hardship time even more difficult. I'm so disappointed with how poorly they have treated us.
