Can’t ever just talk to someone on phone to ask a question.

So I'll start by saying I am not a member here THANK GOD my landlord is and we deposit rent this way. For the past four months rent day is the worst just because we have to go to this bloody place. But today was a new kind of terrible..Teller number 1997Tells me I am five dollars short which I responded with a no way in hell. She recounts it never says anything about the cash again (because in fact I was not short)then she says the account number doesn't exist I check with my landlord in fact I had the right number by the time I go to tell her Shes back at the window asking if It goes into HIS checking or Savings.. My landlord is a women.. I was also told next time I have that much cash..(1,200) I have to go inside.. Have no clue why they have a drive threw!! Wait time here is ALWAYS At least 15 mins .Regardless someone who can't count correctly should NOT be working in a place that handles money..

I took a Coke bottle full of change into the credit union to be counted. Several months ago this same Coke bottle contained $183 when I had it counted here. The teller took the bottle into the back and ran part of my coins through the counter and stopped it. She then came back and counted the rest of my change. She came to me and gave me a slip saying I had $117 in change! I collect my change by emptying my pockets every night into this bottle. It can't possibly vary that much. When I told the teller this, she got an attitude and wouldn't listen. I went back the next morning and talked to a rep at the bank about this. She was not concened whatsoever. I asked her for a breakdown of the change that was in my bottle and she got it for me. I told her I wanted to draw this same change out of my account and fill the bottle to see if it would fill it up. She then got very defensive and told me they never make mistakes and that I was out of luck. I proceeded to close my accounts $9900.00. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS AT THIS BANK!!!

Not just my favorite bank but my favorite physical bank location. I come here all the time and they are SUPER nice. Sadly I only have a partnering bank and my credit sucks so they wont accept me just yet. One day maybe <3

I had a problem with one of the tellers at the Campus USA location at the Sutterfield location, however; after emailing the CEO, I was contacted by the district manager that same day who assured me the problem would be taken care of in the future! Now this is customer service! Thank you Ray!

Love, love, love Campus. Wayyyyyy better than a typical bank! Always smiling faces, friendly, helpful folks. After learning how banks tack on fees at every opportunity, I'll never use one again -- and I haven't after 10 years with Campus.

I left Sun Trust Bank after doing business for more than 25 years because of their loan constraints. The volume of deposits that I put into my personal and business accounts is a healthy amount and it was not even considered. Two years ago, Branch Manager, Anita Alexander greeted me personally and has taken care of both my personal and professional banking needs in several facets. Also, the Lead Teller, Sheila Joslyn acknowledges me by my first name! How wonderful it is to do business with a local bank where you are treated friendly and with respect. This local hometown bank has definitely earned my business and I want to express my gratitude to these two ladies whom I so appreciate doing business with. Anita and Sheila are so much appreciated as they are who make the difference. I look forward to a long-time banking relationship with Campus USA Bank! Thank you.

Hands down the best credit union with the nicest people working there. It's a small place but they all have a big smile whenever we walk into this place. It's convenient and they offer to help even the most technically challenged customers to learn how to access their accounts online. Great place to bank.
