Feedback:

One of the worst banks we have ever dealt with. From not returning calls, to nonfunctional apps, to refusing to show legal documents when requested to untrained staff to rude and apathetic management. The loan officers don't even know their requirements in lending. Hands down, top to bottom, this place is a disaster. Management, top to bottom is awful. They have a systemic cancer that trickles through the entire banks, at every location..and it again, starts at the top. There are no words to describe how awful this bank truly is.

Feedback:

I cant believe a bank will charge you to get five and one. I will make sure my employees do not bank here

Feedback:

Nice employees but we’ve had our account for one month and we’ve already had SO many issues with the checking our transactions, transferring money, depositing checks. If you can go somewhere else, please do

Feedback:

Two months ago, I would have given this bank a five star rating. My parents started me banking here before I was even born. I got an amazing car loan here. But in these last two months, I was charged $80 in overdraft fees because I was told I had protection on my account when I really didn't. I have had to call several times and had someone tell me they put it on the account and would remove the charge of $32.50. They lied. And instead of my last check bouncing because I did not get paid on time, it went through and I was charged another $32.50. I am signed up for text and email alerts yet I didn't get an alert on that so over the weekend, I racked up another $12 in charges because the bank didn't do what they said they had and I was not notified. Unless you count getting a statement by paper mail a week after the incident as notification. Why would you not take money out of my savings account instead of over drafting? My other bank does. If I can't pay my rent, how am I supposed to fork over $80 because you can't even follow through what you tell your customers you are going to do? I spoke with a woman today about this and she said she would get back to me, yet every day they fail to get back to me and my account is overdrawn, I am charged another $3. I am very disappointed in my banking experience here and even though I have literally been banking here my ENTIRE life, I think it's time to close my account. As far as I'm concerned, you owe me $80 and you need to get all your employees on the same page.
