Every single time we go to the La Mesa branch, different people tell us different things. Try to accomplish something simple, end up with a frozen account, just this morning! We've been customers since the place was Santel, and it's gone downhill ever since. Today the computers were also broken -- they said they had a service call in, LOL. I think it's time to switch to a different CU altogether.
