Lettie membership services supervisor never got back with me after several calls from bogus interest charges and charges in credit card. Then said she had no time to explain charges. Poor customer service and letter to follow. I highly recommend Navy Federal Credit Union instead.

I have been going to this bank long before the name change. It use to be teachers bank, and I have always received excellent customer service. And if there was ever a issue, the bank will always tried to take care of it right away. They are always friendly and professional, but not in the rehearsed robot style. It’s simply good ole fashion genuine customer service skills. And that’s from all the different departments and services they offer and all the branches I’ve gone to. From San Diego to San Marcos, Escondido offices. Even my now adult son banks with them. He started his very first account with SCCU, and one of my high school son has a account with them also. So I guess you can say “We’re a SCCU family”

Amazing service! I came in right before closing too so even at the end of the day the ball was still not dropped and they all nailed it! Opened a new account and can't wait to work with this new company!

If you ever see a teller with the name badge Diana, step back in line and wait for another teller. She was very rude and unprofessional for a person working at a bank. She gave me false information which I got charged for the next day. On my next visit there, I decided to inform the supervisor what had happened. Instead she responed "What would you like me to do about it?". Needless to say, all I wanted was some professional help and an apology for false information given. I did NOT even ask for a reimbursement of the charges. As if the superviosor wasn't pleased enough, she even threaten us with quoting laws. Throughout this whole visit, there was no apology AT ALL. Please do yourself a favor and find another credit union that has a sense of customer service.
