My parents rented Villa Vista 39 for a Christmas family gathering. They could easily have gotten a 5 but dropped the ball on many fronts in some ways ruining our vacation experience. The office assured us if there was an emergency they would be responsive. It took us 4 calls over 2 days to get 3 beeping fire alarms silenced with a 2 1/2 year old trying to sleep... In addition, there was a loud sound disturbing our sleep from the air conditioner those days as well and no one bothered to return our calls even though the fire alarm issues were an emergency and making sleep difficult. There were a couple of other issues, too, but this is sufficient for a 1 star review especially considering Jason, the owner, promised my Mom he was going to give her a credit of some kind but has yet to do anything. I will be glad to edit my rating if this situation is rectified for my Mom, but otherwise you deserve this 1.
