These guys provided us with a great home for our 4 day florida stay. Any issue is addressed promptly. Casa Allure was immaculate and provided us with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Close to beach, sport's bars and restaurants. Had a blast and will certainly return.

We have rented 3 different properties with By The Sea Vacation Villas in the past year. We have been impressed over and over, not only by the properties we rented, but also by the caring and professional service we received in every interaction with By The Sea employees.

Villa Seaward was amazing! We had two adults and three children in one of the units downstairs, and the space was perfect for our family. The updated kitchen and furnishings inside were a great complement to the outside pool and private beach area. Plenty of chairs in the beach area, and chairs and sand toys available for us to use on the beach were a plus. It is a short walk to the heart of Lauderdale By The Sea. There were great restaurants, ice cream and shops, all within walking distance. We plan to book again next year.

If U want to have a vacation of Ur life that is the place!Great villa with everything U may need, pool and grille. Only two steps from the beach, can walk there in swimwear.Location is perfect to relax and to have a great night life at the same time. Office stuff are very helpful and attentiveWill definitely visit it again and again. Highly recommend.

The villa (SBV41) was beautiful and clean (just like the photos)! We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed to feed our crowd of six teenagers and three adults. The grill was perfect for hot dogs, burgers and seafood. The pool was nice and clean, and the hot tub was very relaxing. It was just few short minutes to beach, and the villa had everything we needed for fun in the sun including bikes, folding chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We will not hesitate to stay again here in the future or to recommend to any friends and family to stay here as well.

Just came back from staying at the New Casa Sea Amore in Pompano Beach - it was 5 star service- this is my review. (We were a family of five; kids ages are 6, 4, and 3)First our sales person Saskia was very kind, patient, and helpful in all of our booking needs. She quickly responds to emails and is very thorough in explaining what is included in the vacation. The House: Usually when seeing pictures on the internet, most people are skeptic if that is how the actual place looks. Well, pics on the website exactly match how the house looks- CLEAN, VIBRANT, ALIVE, WELCOMING, AND RELAXING. As we drove into town, we love the quite street the house was located on. As we opened the door the living room was spacious, clean, and very nice furniture. A nice size television. Kitchen: The kitchen was clean, neat and filled with all dinerware, and stocked with all kitche needs. Beautiful glasses, clean and new appliances and enough space to do a lot of cooking. You have a great view of the pool from the kitchen. The dinning room has a beautoful big glass table with modern lighting with a view to the pool. The den has a new washer and dryer, huge television system, XBOX an surround sound. My kids loved this room. The bedrooms were all clean, great linens, and pillows and each room has a tv in it too. The two bathroom were neat and clean with showers. (We has some slow draining in the tub however the staff was VERY QUICK to fix it the next day) I want to compliment Derek who helps with the maintenance of the house- he was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond- 5 star customer service !!!.The POOL: Wow ! what can I say, setteled under beautul palm trees and a beautiful landscape, we spend 6 hours everyday in the pool. There is a huge shallow section which is great from young kids where they played alot. The pool was large enough for our whole family. It was clean and neat. The hot tub was great and big. We loved how the hot water flows into the pool creating a little waterfall which we all loved. One suggestions for the hot tub is to improve the spa (jetstream) to create more bubbles. There are a lot of patio chairs, where we relaxed on. We BBQ everyday using the grill which was clean and easy to use. There is a retractable awning which was so convenient when there was a brief Rain shower and created an abundance of shade. There is an abundance of fresh towels. We really miss this beautiful house and will definitely want to go back. We recommended this place to our friends and family members already one of them booked for 8 days.Thank you again to this company Sea Vacation villas you made our family have a great experience and memories that we will never forget. We recently stayed at Casa Rio in Lauderdale by the Sea and booked through By The Sea Vacation Villas. We had an absolutely fantastic experience! The booking was easy, Saskia was awesome, and the house was amazing! The check in process was simple, and took less than 10 minutes. It was a simple walk to the beach and close to the downtown area. We could not have had a better experience, and we will definitely be booking again through By The Sea Vacation Villas! We highly recommend By The Sea Vacation Villas!

"My husband and I recently spent a week at this gorgeous condo ,Villa Seaward unit B- the pictures really don't do it justice, as the actual appearance upon arrival was jaw-dropping. My husband literally dropped the luggage and walked out to the balcony as soon as we arrived! The views are amazing, the condo itself was very well equipped with everything you need -updated appliances, lots of cooking utensils and essentials, extra towels, comfortable bed, and clean, clean, clean! I think this may be the most perfect beach condo we've rented in Florida, and we've stayed in a lot of different beach condos throughout the state. The street behind is 1 block from the main highway into Lauderdale-by-the-sea, so not much (if any) traffic noise. Just a few walking blocks away you are at the main hub of the city, lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. The condo is only about a half hour drive from the airport, so you could possibly skip a rental car, and take a taxi or Uber. Saskia at the check in office was very helpful before our arrival, quick to answer questions, and the instructions for arrival were very easy. This condo is highly recommended in our opinion!"

We are heading over for our third year renting a house from them. We started because before Airbnb was popular we tried renting through VRBO and were almost scammed twice. For most other vacations we use Airbnb, but for Pompano and the surrounding areas we use By The Sea Vacation Villas because we feel our vacation is in good hands. We have stayed at many of their houses. Last year was Casa Carina and it was amazing.
