Client Review on Brilliant POS, LLC

Me and my partner saw the good reviews and decided to buy a system from these guys for a liquor store we opened in Jan 2016. I have never had an experience worse then this. I am glad all you other people have been lucky. We bought a system from BrilliantPOS, with CRE(Cash Register Express). Initially, things looked fine, except it kept freezing ALL the time. After months of trying, they finally replaced the system. Same issues after couple months, and we just let it go. We even bought the premium tech support for $69/month. Then, we check our inventory in the system and its showing trillions of dollars. We contact tech support, they said they had a glitch with the system and they need to do an update to fix it. Update was done and stuff but it still shows insane numbers for inventory. Now, the tech support says ONLY way to fix it is buy a Cypher9700 handheld scanner, which is the ONLY way to erase the current inventory file and then we have to basically put everything back in the system(About 200k+ worth of liquor). We contact aaron, who is willing to sell us the handheld for $1700 instead of $1900. No other options are offered. I am glad I didnt change to this pos at my other stores.
