I had a continuous conversations both via emails and over the phone with that broker. I decided not to proceed with the application because of improper treatment of clients. Tone of agent is rude and non-professional. I spoke with Todd and he denied to maintain written communication with me. He said "Apart from you, I have hundred clients praying me for the mortgage. So I don't have time for communication over email"
