Been with them forever. Rates changed. Asked to get this situated. Instead of doing the right thing, they basically lied their way through it. They could not match rates. eventually just went for their "breakup fee" instead. (auto deducted of course). With the new company, i am paying 1/3 of what I was with BPS. should have moved earlier.
