My experience has been horrible. The person that hired me talks so unclear where its difficult to understand your job. He only talks when the customer talks the job is very stressful. Also the business owners are talking to you any kind of way and trying to get you tell them a lie. The pay rate is horrible.

Been with them forever. Rates changed. Asked to get this situated. Instead of doing the right thing, they basically lied their way through it. They could not match rates. eventually just went for their "breakup fee" instead. (auto deducted of course). With the new company, i am paying 1/3 of what I was with BPS. should have moved earlier.

Three calls today alone. I have asked to be removed from their call list. Twice it was the same woman and she didn't recall our first conversation according to her. I can't stand cold calls to my business wasting my time.

Caller wanted to sell us credit card services, when I asked to be removed from calling list caller hung up. Very rude. Very unprofessional.

This company has been harassing me at my business for years! They call every day, several times a day and I can not get them to stop. They have the worst business practices and ethics I have ever seen. Steer clear of this company. They have a bad rating with the Better Business Bureau as well.
