Easy to setup, great experience.

What was the best part of the experience?

Had a great onboarding experience and customer service has been extremely responsive. Great fee structure as well. Very pleased overall!

What would you change about the experience?

Some of the forms required me to ask extra questions, an explanation of what things meant might have helped to speed the process, but the onboarding agent was so responsive it didn't really matter that much.

Great company to work with and they satisfied all my needs quickly and painlessly for a great price and with a great attitude toward service.

Simple website, easy to use and self-explanatory. No real hangups or concerns with using this product.

What would you change about the experience?

As this is my first time running a business I needed a little more help understanding what different options there were so having a customer service agent tailored toward brand new accounts would have been helpful.

A Good Credit Card Processing Service

What was the best part of the experience?

We use Bluefin as part of our payment system and service has been great, we haven't had any issues with communication, payments, or billing. Would recommend Bluefin because they streamline and make things easy.

What would you change about the experience?

The only thing is the fees are complicated with 10+ rates for Visa cards alone, so you have to kind of keep track of that. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response from customer service, but not all the time.

Overall Bluefin is still a good company and system to work with. They answer questions asked and try to work with us to solve issues that arise. There are no hidden fees which is really appreciated, and security has been excellent so far.

Unorganized terrible customer service. As the business owner, their company messed up a large transaction and said they can do nothing about it. I speak to different reps everytime I call and it's like they have no clue I already spoke to them. Because they don't communicate to each other, they went ahead and processed a transaction that should not have gone through - and I was told repeatedly it will not go through, yet they did it anyways. Do not recommend them.*update. Yet again running into problems with them. They deem me as a high risk merchant and hold transactions of mine. Ive told them time again that large transactions are not unusual in this type of business and proved to them with my bank records how deep my savings and cash flow is. With the tens of thousands of dollars in transactions I do monthly and them making money off me, I can’t believe they still withhold my money. Oh and their manager flat out ignores me, what terrible service.

Feedback:

I started with Bluefin because they synchronized seamlessly with another software program I was using. Just to be sure, I compared other merchant fees and it turns out Bluefin was a really good deal! The only downside is that there are multiple websites you have to create accounts with in order to look at your monthly statements.
