Wow, from the initial call (where she picked up) to the end of the closing (only 22 days later), Lee was outstanding! She was professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout the process and made the experience memorable for my wife and I.Lee got us a competitive rate the very first day and explained each piece of the process to avoid any surprises. She then pulled in Sheri Becker from Signature Title Agency and together they worked like a team to be responsive and diligent to answer questions and expedite our closing, which was extremely important in this case.They are two of the most professional and genuinely friendly people I have dealt with in any transaction.
