This was my first time working with Blue Water Mortgage group. A friend referred me specifically to Lee Talewsky (NMLS # 1442596). Wow, from the initial call (where she picked up) to the end of the closing (only 22 days later), Lee was outstanding! She was professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout the process and made the experience memorable for my wife and I.Lee got us a competitive rate the very first day and explained each piece of the process to avoid any surprises. She then pulled in Sheri Becker from Signature Title Agency and together they worked like a team to be responsive and diligent to answer questions and expedite our closing, which was extremely important in this case.They are two of the most professional and genuinely friendly people I have dealt with in any transaction. I would absolutely recommend Blue Water Mortgage and, in particular, Lee Talewsky.

For almost TWO YEARS Lee worked with us to help make moves to improve our credit situation and better suit us to accomplish our goal of being home owners. When that time finally came, Lee was incredibly helpful, eased all our concerns when we had questions throughout the process and most of all she helped us land an unbelievably low interest rate! I have worked with at least a dozen loan officers at different mortgage companies over the past several decades and Lee is by FAR the best that I have ever dealt with. Lee is extremely helpful, insightful (knows the industry top to bottom), is creative and offers exceptional customer service. While Lee is a true professional, she is also understanding, has a great sense of humor and just knows how to get things done quickly and on or ahead of schedule. I have secured two mortgages now with Blue Water Mortgage Corporation - the purchase of a new home and the refinance of same. Everyone at Blue Water helps to take the stress out securing a mortgage. The process is straightforward and everything is explained in advance. I can't imagine an easier process. I've worked with Roger Odoardi and Lee Talewsky - both are excellent to work with and response to requests. There is no question in my mind - if I ever need another another mortgage I will use Blue Water.
