Paid the car 2 weeks ago but still no bill of sale. Justin from buyout department sucks. He doesnt even return your call and calling them up even the manages only voicemail is answering. Incompetent staff. Dont know what they’re talking about. They even told the dealership where i traded my car that i didnt drop off the cheque. I will never deal with birchwood and i will tel my friends to stay away from this company

Nothing but a scam after a year they I have never reported one payment even though I've made perfect payments since I took the car.When I brought up issues with the car and how it could be safe to eat when there was three things wrong with it they became very argumentative and defensive. I totally regret doing business with this company it's to the point I want to f****** kill myself because they make you feel lower than s***

Bought my car from here with a transmission recall issue and flat tires! That were promised to be fixed before I picked up the car. Was not done; I had to do everything myself and the car was defective. They were aware of the safety issue. Which was disturbing because I informed my sales asoc. that I drive with toddlers for employment and my family. The issue happened again with the transmission less then 50k later and they tried to get me to pay for the services and inspections because the warranty was used when I fixed there initial mistake. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE NOTHING BUT HEADACHES SINCE BUYING THE CAR. I was also told from other Ford Dealership's, this is where they send the run down cars. I was never informed of any of this when purchasing my car! I just spoke to the manager who was unwilling to help provide any information on a safety inspection or status of the transmission or tires when they received the car before selling. THEY ARE VERY SHADY AND FRIENDLY UNTIL YOU SIGN ALL THEIR LOAN FORMS, BE VERY CAREFUL HERE. MY CAR WAS SERVICED AT-LEAST 20 TIMES AND IS STILL BROKEN AND NOW ON RECALL THEY ARE BLAMING FORD WHEN THEY SOLD IT IN THIS CONDITION.

Incredibly mortifying buying experience, if I could give zero stars I would. The salesman that I dealt with, Junior, comes off as kind and has quite the sense of humour. He'd have too, because when getting down to specifics, you'd run. He encourages you to sign here sign there it's straight forward. He fails to mention all the extra fees, for example, the costs for purchasing and installing the engine device which in the event of a missed payment, will disable. He will also indicate it's an "open" lease, however, it is not. You're required to keep the vehicle for 3 years before you can trade or you'll be on the hook for all the interest for the entire duration of the lease if you choose to buy out early. The "leases" are incredibly one sided, to their advantage. The finance manager at this location is extremely abrasive, ignorant and will imply you know nothing and everyone else is liars, when in reality, the high pressure just sign here will leave you the one being misled, which is interesting because the only "liars" I've dealt with were these "salespeople" ill use that term loosely. So, if you're in the market to lease a car for a lengthy amount of time, be lied to, talked to like you're trash and want to throw your money away, because repairs are extremely hard to get done, buy a car here! However, if you're looking for honesty, integrity, fairness and transparency, avoid this place at all costs, you will not find that here!!!

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership, they went through the process before we even began, giving me every little detail and then asking if I wanted to proceed. Then we went through a selection of vehicles, and they really know how to narrow it down to fit your needs! My payments are affordable, I'm in a gorgeous newer car, and my credit will be on its way up to set me for the future. The staff is courteous and very flexible. Thanks Chelsey DaSilva and Birchwood credit, you guys are a life changer!
