Bought my car from here with a transmission recall issue and flat tires! That were promised to be fixed before I picked up the car. Was not done; I had to do everything myself and the car was defective. They were aware of the safety issue. Which was disturbing because I informed my sales asoc. that I drive with toddlers for employment and my family. The issue happened again with the transmission less then 50k later and they tried to get me to pay for the services and inspections because the warranty was used when I fixed there initial mistake. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE NOTHING BUT HEADACHES SINCE BUYING THE CAR. I was also told from other Ford Dealership's, this is where they send the run down cars. I was never informed of any of this when purchasing my car! I just spoke to the manager who was unwilling to help provide any information on a safety inspection or status of the transmission or tires when they received the car before selling. THEY ARE VERY SHADY AND FRIENDLY UNTIL YOU SIGN ALL THEIR LOAN FORMS, BE VERY CAREFUL HERE. MY CAR WAS SERVICED AT-LEAST 20 TIMES AND IS STILL BROKEN AND NOW ON RECALL THEY ARE BLAMING FORD WHEN THEY SOLD IT IN THIS CONDITION.
