I took an Hermès bag here to get appraised. The guy called over his “colleague “ a lady dressed in designer nothing. Her hair cut look like the great clips $2.99 special. Wasn’t a professional experience like I was expecting what so ever . I didn’t even think she worked for the business until she said “we will pass.” I don’t think she would know a Michael Kors bag from a Birkin . Wouldn’t recommend these people .
