This is not a good place. I pawned some precious pieces. Called to say I would be in, after pick up date, they said no problem. Went to get stuff, it was gone. I have no trust in them!!!!!

Best quick bridge loan. I needed cash, they gave me a fair price for some shiny bling - I got cash. I left the bling with them, paid them back plus a commission and picked it up today. I took an Hermès bag here to get appraised. The guy called over his “colleague “ a lady dressed in designer nothing. Her hair cut look like the great clips $2.99 special. Wasn’t a professional experience like I was expecting what so ever . I didn’t even think she worked for the business until she said “we will pass.” I don’t think she would know a Michael Kors bag from a Birkin . Wouldn’t recommend these people .

I had a very positive experience with Marc Israel. Mario and David were very nice too.I sold a piece of jewelry and they paid me more than another place I went to. I left with a check in hand and felt good about the whole thing.Very nice place and nice people. Very professional. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

David Goldstein and Mario are very helpful. They are patient, understanding and hearts of gold. I found myself a couple of times in need of assistance and they helped me thru with no questions asked. They have given me top dollar without me even asking, it made me feel good about myself and that I was in good hands. This place is a joke!! I just took a Tiffanys platinum ring in that I no longer want. First the guy kept saying it was sterling sliver and that eBay is always correct. Maybe you Should see the PT marked as platinum. Thats all he kept saying.. Then said every 3 diamonds are fake. If this is all the case then I think i would have a good lawsuit to Tiffanys for selling something mis leading. $50. that's a Joke. If he Looked up correctly on eBay it's going for $4500. Maybe he should get his eyes or knowledge check He must have thought how could this person have a ring like this.. I honestly walked out not even wanting to say anything to him.

My uncle asked me to help him with an estate that was left to him. I cannot tell you enough how glad I was to work with Biltmore Loan. Many of the items were rare... many were junk:). We were glad to have their help. Some of the items they just told us to put up on Ebay. Others they had ideas for getting top dollar. If you are looking for intelligent caring people to help you through a very odd world of selling estates - I recommend them without reservation.
