I currently process with Better Merchant Rates, with an account on their Vantiv platform and I'm extremely satisfied. These guys are on top of their stuff. Everything went smooth and they had everything prepared before we even questioned anything. They always, ALWAYS, answer their phones and Justin P. get things done above and beyond. It took some getting used to the new Ingenico EMV chip reading terminal they provided, but we stayed with it anyway, even after they offered to swap out the terminal with an updated version of our older Verifone without question!
