Direct TV is a joke..i waited 7 hours on my scheduled day to install ...they didn't call me to let me know they weren't coming after they text me said i was schedule tech will call when in there way ..never called i had to call them ..08/31?2019 made appoint 2 weeks prior now they tell me they can't get to me til the 9Th cause they have other customers .. what a joke and they won't discount anything for my time ..not sure how they are in business treating customers this way so if you want to user them you better call everyday to make sure they don't just decide on there own to not show up..

Carey's diesel. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! THEY tried to charge me $911 for replacing 2 fuses and a wire on a generator (Apu). $11 for parts $60 for environmental services, and $850 for labor. Absolutely the biggest rip off artists I have come across. I own my own tractor. I know prices. Been paying for repairs for 4 years on this truck and have NEVER been taken advantage of like this. They couldn't even do the repairs I brought it there to do! They came down to $634 after a heated conversation with the owners wife. But that was still way over priced. I can't rate their work because they didn't fix anything besides the 2 fuses and a wire. Seriously, go to Peak equipment. Will never ever consider taking any of my equipment to these swindlers. Hard lesson learned.

The BBB has created an online public profile without a subscription to their website and organization and without our consent. First, they used bully tactics to get us to subscribe stating our rating would increase if we subscribed to BBB. We asked that we be removed after the agency posted personal information about myself and my personal residence address. They refused and said: '"The BBB will not be removing US Title Records from our national database as the company receives inquiries daily about the company." Furthermore, after being told they were going to transfer the file to Arizona (again, without our consent) the file remained with this office. We then discovered out that our positive reviews from our clients had been removed and only the complaints (all of which were resolved) remained for some reason. After several attempts to contact Tammy Jeandell, we received no response whatsoever.Due to the incredibly frustrating issues in dealing with the Delaware BBB, we would like our public company profile and private information removed from their database immediately. We have had a handful of complaints, all of which were resolved in nearly a decade of doing business. It appears that they are trying to bully us into being members or have some other unsavory agenda. This is not right.Please assist us,Anthony

This BBB are just criminals, they are in for their own interests, not the customers, clients or anyone else. I have a BBB membership with them , I good when I was paying them their annual dues, as soon as I decided to stop paying it , they wanted me to take the sign off my website. But what happened to all the years I have been paying? They don’t even care about your A+ rating. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY. Big organization trying to shut down small businesses. Please small business owners please think twice before you join BBB. Join The CHAMBER OF COMMERCE because they can help you small businesses not BBB.

Car Max, I thought I was getting a good deal, people were great in the sales dept, service dept was another story, I have had the same reoccurring problem with my 2009 Pontiac Torrent, I am continuously taking it in for the same problem and they want to charge me for a diagnostic test and I also paid to have the extended warranty I did everything I could to prevent issues, I have been unable to get any person to take this as serious as it is, I have been there many times and I keep getting the run around the car has been losing oil, my light keeps coming on the front panel, lets see tracking light on, they reset it, brake light keeps coming on, why would I need brake fluids when I get oil changes don't they check that? After 3000 miles I have no oil in my car not once not twice but continuously and they tell me that is normal, I have had many vehicles and none ran out of oil in 3000 miles but no problem hit the reset button and give it back to me again, eventually yes issues will arise eventually that brake light will be accurate because I will need brakes but what about the other times I brought it in and they were fine, still nothing is wrong with the car, now I have to make a decision because of no help I even recommended Car Max to a friend never again I will do the opposite, not to mention the fact that corporate called my dealer and I told the dealer I was dissatisfied with his answer and was going back to corporate and he told me go ahead they will only send you back to me, wow no help at Car Max stay away in my opinion

Customer BEWARE!! Recent experience with Ed Wright's Appliance and Repair Service, Inc was less than satisfactory. Simple cleaning of dryer vent resulted in damage/crush to vent hose and loss of dryer function. Ed Wright's solution was to extend dryer into middle of laundry room so as to extend vent hose. He refused to fix problem (ie replace hose) even if paid. (and he was paid in full for original service) Contact with company was disrepectful and belligerent.
