I am currently having a problem with Florida Department of Education. They have been taking my income tax returns for about 4 to 5 years now for 2 students loans that I never got.These 2 fraudulent schools that either got shut down or changed their name. One school Decker College based out of Louisville Kentucky was on the news about defrauding students around American and a lot of them got there loans reversed or something were they didn't have to pay. The second school Florida Metropolitan university that I dropped out of my 2nd day of enrollment after finding out it wasn't accredited stuck me with a loan even though they told me I wouldn't be because I dropped out before a week of applying to the school. I've never made a payment to the Florida Department of Education because I didn't believe I should be force to pay for a student loan I never got to use and now they a trying to garnish my wages that I take care of my family with. I would like to know is there something that can be done about this other than paying
