Client Review on Benny's Pawn

Had a bad experience here yesterday. There's this rude lady that works there, I think she's the manager. She's older, short and stocky. I was there yesterday buying some movies. While i was paying, this other customer was trying to sell a 22 rifle to the rude manager lady. I overheard him say he only wanted $25 for it... So I turned to him and said ill buy it. So this rude lady turns to me and tells me that he can't sell his rifle like that and that i could get in big trouble for asking to buy it. Well... Anybody who understands firearm laws in Texas would know that private firearm sales are 100% LEGAL. I informed the rude lady that private firearm sales are legal in Texas, and she got mad that I knew more than her about firearm laws, so she told me I have to leave the store. Yeah... She got mad that I corrected her so she tried to kick me out of the pawn shop... Very professional right? This woman is the manager and she doesn't even know the laws to certain items she's selling. She's spreading misinformation about firearm laws, trying to tell me that I could get in big trouble for something that is 100% legal in Texas. Also, I am a paying customer at Bennys, I was there buying $20 worth of movies yesterday, and i frequently shop at all the different Bennys around El Paso and I've easily spent over $1000 there over the last couple years. So it wasn't right for this manager to threaten to kick me out of the store just because I corrected the misinformation she was spreading. She obviously doesn't value her customers, and she is more interested in protecting her huge ego instead of taking care of her customers. Just read the other 1 star reviews... This same female manager is mentioned several times, with other people talking about how rude she is. After this incident, I will never shop at this Bennys location again, and I would recommend that anyone else avoid this location as well. Don't waste your money on a rude manager who doesn't respect you as a customer.
