Client Review on Beacon Payments

Feedback:

After seeing my rates increase over time, without notice, I switched providers. I had fees pulled out of my account for nothing last month. They refunded half by check (they apparently can take money out of your account without notice and then need to wait 3 weeks to write a check). Then after not using them for another month, I was told no more fees are coming out. I got whacked for $64.99 and $111 for no apparent reason. After a 45 minute phone call, I am told that $99 was an error and they can only send me a check in few weeks. Again, they took my money no problem. But need to wait for a check. Their customer service rep told me there is nothing that can be done about the other $80 they took from me....even though I have not processed a credit card in almost 2 months. This was a good company in the start. But it's all downhill afterwards. I am just hoping they don't continue to whack my account for now reason.
