Justin is awesome! We have not had any problems with our account and he's always on top of it, making sure we have all the knowledge we need to be successful!

I can't say enough about this company! We were experiencing a crisis and lost all programming with our credit card reader after closing one night. This had nothing to do with Beacon, but rather the intermittent telephone service. I called Beacon the next morning. They programmed a temporary machine and sent it via courier within a couple of hours. This could have been a disastrous weekend seeing as most customers no longer carry cash. Great tech support, great customer service, competitive rates, along with timely deposits and accurate monthly statements. What more can you ask for?

Never had a problem with a cc processing company before these people. Our rep Kevin Pheley is just the worst! Had to email multiple times regarding our merchant cancel fee from prior company to be issued, then he doesn’t tell me our check is coming so it gets lost. Then he tells me it’ll be reissued direct deposit which I find out weeks later isn’t a possibility. The level of stupidity in this company is astounding. Avoid!!!

Terrible company. I cancelled three years ago they keep taking money from my account. I asked to close the account like 10 times they keep it open and suck money out of my account. Buyers beware! Beacon Payment systems is a scam company!

After seeing my rates increase over time, without notice, I switched providers. I had fees pulled out of my account for nothing last month. They refunded half by check (they apparently can take money out of your account without notice and then need to wait 3 weeks to write a check). Then after not using them for another month, I was told no more fees are coming out. I got whacked for $64.99 and $111 for no apparent reason. After a 45 minute phone call, I am told that $99 was an error and they can only send me a check in few weeks. Again, they took my money no problem. But need to wait for a check. Their customer service rep told me there is nothing that can be done about the other $80 they took from me....even though I have not processed a credit card in almost 2 months. This was a good company in the start. But it's all downhill afterwards. I am just hoping they don't continue to whack my account for now reason.
