I have been bank with this credit union for 24years. I have always enjoyed the employees. Everyone has always been so polite. Recently I spoke with a lady by the name of Claire. I believe she works at the La Porte branch. She is absolutely rude. She has spoken to me in a very condescending way and this was not a one time incident. This has been several times. Clearly this is her character. I hate to give a low rating due to all the years of exceptional service but the employees hired represent the company. It is employees like Claire that hurt a company weather it be by business or reputation.
