I have been bank with this credit union for 24years. I have always enjoyed the employees. Everyone has always been so polite. Recently I spoke with a lady by the name of Claire. I believe she works at the La Porte branch. She is absolutely rude. She has spoken to me in a very condescending way and this was not a one time incident. This has been several times. Clearly this is her character. I hate to give a low rating due to all the years of exceptional service but the employees hired represent the company. It is employees like Claire that hurt a company weather it be by business or reputation.

Been with Beacon a few years ,everyone is freindly and cares for their members ,listen to your loan officer and in no time you would have a great credit score .

This Bank is Horrible I had a few Fraud Cases and because it was in that short period of time there cancelling my debit card privillages this is complete BS instead of helping you they tend not too and they make u seem like your lying specially THAT IM GOING TROUGH IDENTITY THEFT these people are very unptoffesional. The people at the branch are nice but not the people who answer the phone I work for a Major Bank and ive never seen anything like this Corruption

Beacon FCU has to be the worst credit union there is. There motto “looking out for you” is not true they have horrible customer service and never helps you out. The only good thing about this credit union was the first time buyer loan either than that don’t expect much help from here.

I enjoy banking here. It's a very welcoming environment and the staff is helpful. I've never seen a long line here, even during peak times. Would recommend to anyone.

I regularly call in my auto loan payments to Lizzie Ellis and she is the best! She is always polite with an upbeat,positive attitude. A great example of what customer service should be. She also handles my issues very quickly.Give that girl a raise!😀
