Overall Feedback:
THE WORST BANK EVER. They don’t have a customer service number for card problems and they decline transactions like there’s no tomorrow for no reason. Called to notify of travel so they don't decline our card while we're on vacation and they said it will likely decline. Hard to believe this is the type of service you offer. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Find another small town bank, this one is horrible.
