Feedback:

Bank 2 gave my husband and I the opportunity to receive our first home loan. We were ready to settle for tribal HUD homes for the rest of our lives until we agreed to apply and before we new it, we were moving into our very own home. It has been 3 years! Blessed! Pidamya!

A great bank. They have been wonderful enough that we continue to use them even after moving out of the area. They watch out for account fraud and their ebanking has excellent uptime.

I have had a great experience with Bank 2. Their customer service is excellent. The only minor issue is that the drive through seems to take a long time but I just usually go in to do my banking.

Been over a week waiting on an updated approval letter. Bank2 to'd my broker it should be in last Monday. Then said it should be in by Friday. It is now Monday and no word. Suppose to close in 3 weeks.This is my 4th home I have bought over time and this has been the most frustrating purchase due to the lender. Of course bank2 won't talk to me. All communication has to go through my broker.I'm at the point where I want to kill this deal. Go with another lender, get a new pre-approval letter and find a different home. Only reason I have not done that yet is because I hav spent money on the inspection and will have to pay for appraisal if deal does not go through. Come on bank2. Get it together, get what needs to be done and service your customer. No reason to for an updated approval letter taking over a week. If these are the problems I'm having with this lender, I wonder what kind of problems I will have when they are actually servicing my loan. This is a VA loan. You don't treat people like this. It's not right.

The most unprofessional and unorganized group of people called a bank I have ever seen. Paperwork was constantly incorrect and I was told to just sign and they would fix it later so not to delay progress. However, closing was missed twice due to their incompetency. Requesting paperwork multiple times over ,as they cant manage files. Claiming documents were not correctly stamped and signed when they were and they didnt bother to look. Cost me hundreds if not thousands of extra dollars from being displaced from missing close date then tried to blame me for their inability to do their job. And of course despite all the money they make off you for fees and interest they had zero concern about making it right and reimbursing me anything they cost me. These are lying, cheating, crooked people and I will recommend to everyone I can to never to business with bank 2.

Best bank EVER!!! Gabby, Stacey, and Julie in book keeping are ALWAYS there to help me with anything and everything I need!!! I'm pretty sure they can just recognize my voice by now and already know who I am 😂 I'm prior service Army and still have a USAA account for insurance, etc., but the customer service and friendly staff at Bank2 is unparalleled! Ross was the CEO when I opened an account at Bank2, but even though he's no longer there, the level of customer service continues to exceed my expectations-particularly in the book keeping department. All the women there definitely deserve a raise! Thank all y'all for all the help, hard work, and amazing service you've all provided me with over the years! Stacey, Julie, and Gabby-you're truly INCREDIBLE at what you do and I love each and every one of you!!!! Also, shout out to Trey Graham! He's also one of the amazing employees at Bank2 that makes it the best place to bank with! I just read some less than positive reviews in this thread-but let's be honest! You can't ever please everyone! Bank2 is AWESOME! So, ignore the negative reviews and stop by, open an account, and see for yourself!

This bank is incompetent, unprofessional, and I would never recommend using them for any type of loan. We were attempting to refinance our home with them and since we own 2 homes they were trying to force us into putting the other property up for sale before they would approve our loan. Do your research before attempting to do business with them.

I have purchased 2 homes through this bank (184 and FHA). Both times we were given excellent customer service. Our last loan we applied and closed within 30 days beating the deadline by several days. BTW, these were long distance (out of state) purchases.

1. I told them to lock the interest rate in for the house we were going to buy, the didn't and it went up the next day. 2. Told us no longer than 45 days to close but told us it would be quicker and gave us a sooner date. They dragged there feet and kept messing up the paper work making us come in multiple times. 3. Closing date they sent double paper work of everything to sign. They claim to do Indian loans but don't have a clue. 4. They don't do direct deposit for payment so you must mail in your payment. 5. The paper that must be mailed has to be cut because they are to cheap to have a proper line to tear off.
