This place is a predatory lender. They eagerly loan money to kids who wish to go to school. However, many of these kids do not understand what they are signing up for. In the end, these targeted youth would be forced to pay this corrupt and predatory organization $60,000 in return for the $20,000 which was loaned. The legal system throws loan sharks in prison for this kind of thing. But not the BND. No, they are free to rape and violate the unsuspecting and naive youth of the great state of North Dakota.
