EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. IF YOU EVER WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE IT WILL COST YOU $20. Even if your check “supposedly” got lost in the mail, and you’ve NEVER had a late payment in years. THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF.Oh my goodness. They lose checks. My S.O. has NEVER had a late payment in years. They call and harass him at work and are rude and accusatory of him not paying. Then when he takes time off work to call... they don’t even answer, because the loan officer rarely even works there and has no set hours, so all you get is sent straight to voicemail. When you leave a voicemail asking to please call back, so that this can be resolved... they do not call back. Then the receptionist or whatever she is... (definitely a miserable person) is soooo rude on the phone. Cutting off and talking over the top... for seriously no good reason other than blind pride. She came across like she was defensive and guilty of something... because no one is that rude for no reason. THESE PEOPLE ARE JOKES.
