Client Review on Bank Of Ireland

My husband's experience with this branch is extremely bad. He tried to open a bank account 3 weeks ago. The staff that guided him is very unorganized, and just passing from one client to another not bringing anything to end. The online application we were doing online at their computer has a bug, te. if you want to see terms and conditions at the end of online process it simply interrupts your session and we had to do everything all over again. We gave documents they asked and waited from than for any information. 3 days ago went to same branch asking for as status of this account, the clerk just stated they don't know anything about that application and in a very impolite manner. Because of that behavior from a bank and their staff my husband cannot reach his wage money from a check he's been given (not having a bank account), because he could only cash it in branch, and cannot go to one because he has to be on his work every day til 5. I think they have at least an obligation to inform him on any issue through an e-mail or phone. Very bad experience from us, and we felt like being treated as 2nd order citizens.
