Axos has been the worst banking experience I have ever had. Customer Service is totally unprofessional, the app and website never work and because they don't have physical branches they are impossible to do business with. I have been trying to speak to a supervisor for over 2 weeks with no luck. Every time i call or email they say someone will get back to me in 24 hours but no one ever does. Axos does not care about their customers and looking at the terrible reviews i can tell i'm not the only one. I can't close my account fast enough and take my money to a real bank!!!

I had a great experience getting my mortgage refinanced at a good rate. The process was very smooth and efficient and I was impressed with having the whole process completed in three weeks. Juilan and Erica were very responsive and helpful and kept me fully informed through the process. I gladly recommend them and Axos Bank for your next mortgage or refinance.

I've been with this bank for almost 3 years. Before they were Axos they were known as Bank of Internet, and they were great, back then. When the name change was announced, we as customers were told that only the name was changing and everything else would remain the same. Well that was a flat out lie. The new app and website are horrible. The app takes forever to load if it loads at all. I complained about this several months ago and was assured it was being fixed. You can read the app reviews to see I'm not the only one with issues. But that's not the only thing that's gone down hill. The customer service is atrocious. The handful of times I've had to contact them in the past few months have resulted in added frustration to the issue I was contacting them about. Steer clear of Axos! I'll be changing banks very soon.

This bank is the worst ever. There customer service is the worst. The chat representatives are rude, insensitive, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. This bank charges you for everything. This bank is awful and unethical. They place holds on all checks, money orders, and cashier checks. It doesn’t matter what the amount is.

I am so disappointed in this company . I tried to login numerous times today and I couldn’t get in. Then when I finally got in it showed that I had zero dollars in any of my accounts. I’ve never had such a horrible time with a company. Nothing seems to be user friendly. Especially when paying my loan. Then I get a letter saying that they want all this information about my life after I’ve already gotten the loan months ago. Why are They asking for the same types of information that they asked me way before they even issued my loan. Being involved with this company has been very bizarre for me.

AT YOUR OWN RISK BILL PAYNot happy with their Bill Pay service. They tell me once check is mailed out from them, they are no longer liable. So their client absorbs all the risk. They do offer a 20-30 stop check service fee. They tell me that checks are mailed us postal and they do not provide a tracking number. Why not leave that up to the client if they would like to pay few bucks for tracking instead of offering not protection on checks that could be very large sums of money. So now they tell me I need to pay their stop check fee and there is nothing they can do more. It's time to stop using Bill Pay. Why do they even offer this free service is beyond me. Another thing, why does it take so long to mail a check?

Horrible customer service. Just called and “Payton” told me there is no way I can access my account. When I tried to log in, the app said I need an access code. But I keep asking to have it resent and I am not receiving it. Payton can’t do a thing or help me in any way. I am stuck with this so called bank until my 5 CD’s totaling over $150,000 mature because the Nationwide closed and moved all my money to Axos. Needless to say, I am livid..
