I go here for business 2x a week. It's very clear here that a good team makes all the difference. Alot of the Bank of Hawaiis have been remodeling while they look nice and feel welcoming enough. Althoug I generally avoid going into the banks unless I have to. That was until I came to this one for work. I have 2 bank of Hawaii's closer to me for my personal accounts but will only ever come to this one anymore.Ashley, Nicole, Yessica, and Lofa are just beyond stellar. However, I've never had a bad experience here even when I get someone else.Line can be long but they always power through at a good pace and never seem "tired" when I get up to the teller. Their joy is always genuine. Hard to find service like that anywhere else. They somehow even make me look forward to paying rent now 😅

The remodel is very nice....but if you can't keep up with the service, then what good is a remodel? I count 20 people in line and only 2 (TWO) tellers at 3:30 on a Monday. This is ridiculous!

I like the old bank...I went this morning to cash a check and was caught off guard by the loud music...it wasn't subtle, soft rock as the old bank.

I miss the old bank of Hawaii that was here before they remodeled it. Today I went in to speak about getting a print out of my installment loan, the girl at the counter was nice but was just as sure as I was that I could get a print out but found out that I couldn't The supervisor came over, he just talked fast about policy's and different refinanceing options interest rates but I told them all I wanted was a loan statement so I can go and apply for refinancing, and I felt like he wasn't trying help me understand but instead get rid of me. So I kindly told them they weren't making any sense to me and we're just both talking to me (at the same time too fast). I mean face it these guys know more about interest rates and financing than I do , I just don't understand the bank language they were speaking, that's why I wanna refinance and want help... then towards the end he offered to "sit me down" in a rude tone like he didn't want to have to do. He obviously didn't want to help me so I just asked for my Id and left. Went home and printed out my statement myself on my account at home. My point is don't expect any help from the people here just so what you know how to do withdraw, deposit.. irritating I'm switching to a federal credit union.UPDATE: I went back and the guy offered to help me, he seemed humble and kinda firm with me at the same time so I guess I'll go from one star to three

By far the best branch on the island. Regina is amazing. She takes care of our financial needs every time. The staff their from management to the tellers are so friendly and efficient. This is my go to branch. I live in Ewa and I only go to this branch. I'm a dedicated customer of BOH PC branch.
