Client Review on Bank of Charles Town

Feedback:

My card was declined and the bank said they canceled my debit card because it was used at a store that had card info stolen by hackers. They sent me a new card that didn't work because they had changed my pin and it had to be reset. Drove all the way in to town, waited ten minutes in line and was told there was no one at the teller who could help and I had to go outside and walk down the street and wait in another line. It's 12 degrees and windy, but I had no access to my account so I didn't really have a choice and followed her directions, and ended up walking the whole way around the building until I couldn't feel my fingers. Got back in my car and called them and was told there were no customer service representatives available to assist me and I could try calling back later. Like I told the rep on the phone, if I had been stranded somewhere without gasoline, I could have died as cold as it is. How do they have no one available to help? Very aggravated.
