Feedback:

We went for a house loan and they said we were close. We found a much cheaper house and gave them the info. I called every day for over a week before i got a response back saying that we were close. WTH took so long to call back, and what do you mean close on one house and close on a significantly cheaper house? What kind of service is that? Give someone a number...

Feedback:

As a customer for years, I've always been given great and reliable service here. It's good to know that a local branch can exceed at what is hopes to provide its community. Over the years, I've welcomed the renovations inside and admit that it's one of the nicest-looking banks I've visited. Inside, there is plenty of seating in case you experience a wait of any kind with coffee and other refreshments available as well. An outside ATM is in the front with a three-lane drive-thru to the back.

Been with BCT for 8 years. I can’t even buy a song off iTunes, without my card being Declined or anything off of amazon. I’m getting very aggravated. I’m about to change banks back to Bulldog.

Convenient and helpful! The employees/tellers are frequently the same throughout the week, so you get to know them. I enjoy the friendly service.

SLOWEST bank I've ever dealt with. 25 mins in the drive through to make a deposit?! Ridiculous.

My card was declined and the bank said they canceled my debit card because it was used at a store that had card info stolen by hackers. They sent me a new card that didn't work because they had changed my pin and it had to be reset. Drove all the way in to town, waited ten minutes in line and was told there was no one at the teller who could help and I had to go outside and walk down the street and wait in another line. It's 12 degrees and windy, but I had no access to my account so I didn't really have a choice and followed her directions, and ended up walking the whole way around the building until I couldn't feel my fingers. Got back in my car and called them and was told there were no customer service representatives available to assist me and I could try calling back later. Like I told the rep on the phone, if I had been stranded somewhere without gasoline, I could have died as cold as it is. How do they have no one available to help? Very aggravated.

I've been with this bank for around 10 years, and they use to be all about customer service, anything to make the customer happy, but not anymore. Now it's all about big business and who has the most money, and forget about the little people. If you don't have a lot of money, they don't care in the least what you need or what they can do to help. Very sad how far downhill this local bank has gone.

Please teach your employees that work the drive thru some manners and to respect all people no matter what color they are when they come there and there is a very nasty little female that work there you cant call her a grown woman cause shes disrespectful and nasty
