They gave my company defective equipment which does not work. They did send a second machine did not work either. I was told by Tracy I would get a call back to correct the issue. Never heard from them and Noe charging my bank account 500 for defective devices. Stay away from their merchant services and do what I do reach out to a federal banking regulatory agency before speaking with them otherwise you will just be taken advantage of like my company was.
