As a merchant site inspector I've had positive experiences dealing with BOA.

If I can give them 0 I will. Bank of America Merchant are a scammer, they just charge to my account $500 saying it was an early cancelation fees after I was with them since 2013. They saying that my account started in 2015 and I have multiple emails and transaction since 2013. Do NOT SIGNUP WITH THEM!

They gave my company defective equipment which does not work. They did send a second machine did not work either. I was told by Tracy I would get a call back to correct the issue. Never heard from them and Noe charging my bank account 500 for defective devices. Stay away from their merchant services and do what I do reach out to a federal banking regulatory agency before speaking with them otherwise you will just be taken advantage of like my company was.

Our totals on station reporting are decreased $200-$300 one hour later. The support guy did not help. How can totals decrease during the day ?

Worst company to deal with. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH THEM, SCUM OF THE EARTH, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. SALES PERSON LIED THE WHOLE TIME AND NEVER RETURNS THE PHONE CALL AFTER SIGNUP.

They are very shady and I will be closing all of my accounts with Bank of America. Merchant services with Bank of America charge fees much higher than competition. They have done nothing to help my small business instead sneaking fees in all the time.

I was scammed in November of 2017. My account was under investigation and Bank of America took funds from my other account to put in the account that was under investigation. I have been a customer for over 10 years but they just lost me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend Bank of America to my worst enemy. Horrible bank and the customer service sucks as well. I will be reporting B.O.A to the BBB as well.

DO NOT USE! They are stealing money directly from our bank account with no authorization. Bank of America cannot even control their own merchant branch. Even after filing a police report they keep taking thousands of dollars out. After speaking with the head of the merchant service for owners name to sue them they blocked my calls and froze my account continueing to take money and not giving the information I need.Even Bank of America manager and police department can't believe how crooked they are. DO NOT consider them for your own protection.
