I had to call BAMS with questions a few times for work last month and the support was so pleasant! It’s such a nice surprise to call a support line and be greeted by the same helpful representative (thanks Lori!) or her equally friendly colleagues. I was made to feel each time like my queries were more than just case numbers. Also, I appreciate that support is responsive via email as well. Although I prefer jumping on the phone to get quick answers (and I never really had to wait to get through), the reps are also great with summarizing call notes via email after and providing additional statements/documentation if relevant/necessary. This is really useful in cases when needing to forward information to a client or when demonstrating proof in a chargeback query.
