I contacted BAM this morning for help with accepting an order from Australia. It was a new experience in two ways. First, we have not done business with any Australian customers in the past and second, this is my first opportunity to ask BAM for help with anything associated to my account. Lori Katz was my initial contact and she stayed on the line with me until all of my questions were answered. She also connected us with a third party to complete the question and answer process while never leaving.
