We are very happy with Alex. He is super helpful and his answer is prompt always. BAMS fee is probably a bit pricey compare to other merchant services but we can't find any other companies offer us such a great customer service. Very reliable. Totally recommended.

I contacted BAM this morning for help with accepting an order from Australia. It was a new experience in two ways. First, we have not done business with any Australian customers in the past and second, this is my first opportunity to ask BAM for help with anything associated to my account. She also connected us with a third party to complete the question and answer process while never leaving.
