I am sure some of the high rated reviews are real and warranted. I would give them 0 stars. I was the seller in a transaction that took 70 days to close. For most of those 70 days we got very little accurate information from the agent or loan officer. We almost lost our new house, reschedule our move 5 times, lived out of boxes for months and the delays cost everybody in this transaction 1000's of dollars. After contacting the owner of Augusta the transaction still took 3 weeks longer and very little urgency or concern for the financial impact. Simple things that should have taken a day, took a week. The market may be different in SCAL compared to NCAL, but they had zero since of urgency or commitment to the original close date. The stress we experienced was overwhelming.If you are a seller, don't accept an offer if they are using this lender.
