Augusta was over the top excepcional! The level of professionalism they handled my loan was remarkable with weekly updates to all parties involved, speedy process, led to a smooth close. I would not recommend anyone else. On top of everything, their rates are competitive. They closed my FHA loan in less than 20 days!! UNHEARD OF!! Mike Meena’s team was a real pleasure to work with.

Process was quick and easy. Rich and Steve were very helpful with the whole process. As a first time home buyer, we didn’t have any idea where to start and for the most part, no idea what the process is but they made it almost stress free! They were very understanding as to what we are comfortable with and what not. So happy with the transaction! 😊

I've used Augusta Financial three times now, and Jeff Milat has been my go-to every time. Whether it was buying my first home, refinancing for a lower rate, or buying out an ex, he has made the process affordable, as simple for me as possible, and all with a very human and caring approach. Closing has been fast, my questions (and there have been many) were answered quickly, and options were explained to me without me feeling like I was being pushed into something. I will recommend Jeff to anyone who asks me and very much appreciate his help every time!

I had the amazing luck of being referred to Sean Treloggen by a real estate agent a couple of years ago. I wasn't approved for a loan initially, but Sean sent me a message the following year to give my application another try. His diligence got the ball rolling, and I was fortunate to find my first home and a great rate all thanks to Sean! Because it was my first home purchase, I had many questions regarding all of the technical language within mortgage documents, but Sean was always ready and eager to help. He made the whole process easy and stress free. I would highly recommend that you ask for Sean Treloggen by name. He is a broker that every home buyer deserves!
