Worst service ever ? They, broke my keypad, while loading software for EMV and they charged us. Whenever you call for any department they direct to technical department. Problems never get solved never they bothered to follow up. When you call them again they don't even know you or the problem so basically they don't bothered to take down notes. Didn't completed EMV process before deadline, so liability shifted on all of the owners. They don't take no responsibility for any problems. I am just waiting on to finish up my contract and my other friends are too. So don't bother yourself to get em for service. If you have problems with your equipment, than you can expect more than two weeks before your problems gets solved. They only have one technician.
