i currently have service with ATM LINK.they used to be professional.but lately its not there.reason i had emv upgrade which was suppose to be done 6 months earlier,recently got charge backs because of there late response.i called several time for reimbursement,sometime they put me on hold for several minutes.still waiting for response.will keep you posted.
