(Edited after various developments) When we were given a return envelope to send our broken phone, they somehow assigned us two separate tracking numbers in their records, one correct and one not, and then repeatedly tried to claim we had never returned the phone based on the bad number (which didn't exist). When that was straightened out and they admitted they had received the return package, we thought we were done... only to be billed for the missing phone a month later, because they STILL didn't have the receipt listed in their warehouse records (at that stage, how is that our fault?) It took two more phone calls (one being a "please hold" disconnect) AND the original version of this review to get them to contact us with an admission that the phone was in their warehouse and they had just never put it in their records.Even then, they at first pled an inability to refund charges, since it was all applied through our phone bill, and told us to contact our phone provider instead to get a refund. EVENTUALLY, they refunded the premiums we had paid, since they had failed to provide the promised services, so I suppose we should call that an attempt to do right by us; for that reason we're no longer rating them a single star. But we only got that after a colossal amount of stress and yelling, which is why we still consider two stars as much as they deserve.In short, use at your own risk.
